Continuous Training:
All our collections training and implementation materials are sourced from the American Collectors Association (ACA International) or developed in-house by our panel of content developers and signed off by Compliance Specialists.

Audits:
Our operations team performs a rigorous self-assessment process including periodical audits to ensure ‘practice matches policy' in all compliance matters. All collectors undergo mandatory compliance training and have to take periodical assessments to be certified on compliance.

Dialer technology:
Our dialer technology is completely aligned with the various federal and state compliance regulations to ensure we follow all legal requirements associated with dialing time, call recording, automated mnessaging campaigns and calling regulations at federal and state specific levels.
