At Ajuba, our trainers are trained on Accelerated Learning Methodology which is based on the fact that every learner learns differently. Using Gardner's Multiple Intelligence Theory and the AC Hamblin Training Effectiveness Measurement Model, we adapt our training delivery style and tools to each employee's preferred learning style in a scientific manner. Leadership Development Program (LDP)
A strong and proactive succession planning process ensures that potential leaders are quickly and effectively recognized in every function. Such potential leaders are placed on a fast track career path and mentored closely by functional managers to eventually take on leadership roles.
Internal Job Posting (IJP) - As and when there are vacancies in leadership positions, such employees are encouraged to participate in an objective internal recruitment process that tests them on their process knowledge as well as mouldability for taking on a leadership position. Well known psychometric testing modules are included in the internal recruitment process apart from detailed analysis of track record, presentation skills, personal interviews and written assessments on client processes.
Leadership Development Program (LDP) - The selected employees are then placed in Ajuba's Leadership Development Program (LDP) where over a period of three months, they participate in a series of hands-on workshops on:
Effective Leadership Skills
Time Management skills
Interpersonal Skills
Team Building
Setting Goals
Project Management etc
At the end of the program, the leaders are formally certified in the topics conducted.
Follow up Programs - Periodical follow up programs are conducted every quarter to ensure they benefit from sharing best practices with their peers and receive exposure to new topics and management concepts. The follow up programs offer an excellent networking opportunity within the company and ensure that all queries and real-time feedback can be addressed immediately.
E-Mentoring - Apart from the workshops and continuous mentoring by their immediate managers, leaders also have the opportunity to contact any member of the management in the India centers or the US offices and receive direct mentoring and coaching via email/chat and telephonic methods. This ensures we truly live ‘the open door policy'.
